Im Nachrichtenzyklus der kremlfreundlichen Desinformations bedeutet der richtige Zeitpunkt alles. Jede Gelegenheit kann zur Verstärkung und Hervorhebung der falschen Nachricht benutzt werden.
Diese Woche ergab sich eine Gelegenheit, als die separatistischen Funktionäre der selbsternannten Volksrepublik Donezk „Trümmer und menschliche Überreste“ des Flugs MH17 an die niederländischen Ermittler übergaben. Man könnte mit guten Recht behaupten, dass das etwas Zeit gebraucht hat: Es ist drei Jahre her, dass das Flugzeug der Malaysian Airlines über der Ostukraine abgeschossen wurde und alle 298 Insassen getötet wurden.
Wie wir früher schon festgestellt haben, haben russische Medien und Staatsvertreter mindestens acht verschiedene Versionen der Katastrophe verbreitet, die alle von der russischen Schuld wegdeuten, welche jedoch eindeutig vom gemeinsamen Ermittlerteam unter niederländischer Führung festgestellt wurde.
Jetzt gibt es eine neunte Unwahrheit. Sie wurde vom Fernsehsender des russischen Verteidigungsministeriums, TV Swesda, veröffentlicht. Es wurde behauptet, „ein früherer Major der ukrainischen Armee“, Juri Baturin, habe gesehen, wie das Flugzeug von einer ukrainischen Buk-Rakete abgeschossen wurde. Später entfernte Swesda den Bericht, doch ist er immer noch leicht auffindbar—nämlich versteckt. Der fiktive Organhandel
Genau wie die falschen Theorien über MH17 haben die absurdesten Lügen über die Ukraine in der kremlfreundlichen Desinformation schon eine mehrjährige Laufbahn hinter sich.
So las man, dass das ukrainische Gesundheitsministerium erlaube, tote Ukrainer für ihre Organe zu verkaufen; dass das Land zu einem Zentrum des internationalen Schwarzmarktes für Transplantationen für reiche Ausländer werden solle; und, wieder einmal, dass es keine Beweise für russische Panzer in der Ukraine gebe.
Zu guter Letzt hörte man, dass zehntausende ukrainische Waffen nach Polen geschmuggelt würden, um damit eine unterirdische ukrainische Armee aufzubauen.
Der falsche Kampf für die richtigen Werte
Die Zustände in Georgien zeigen, wie kremlfreundliche Nachrichten dem lokalen Publikum zugänglich gemacht werden können. Hier fokussiert sich die Desinformationsmaschinerie auf Verschwörungen der „verdorbenen“ westlichen Werte. Man bekam diese Woche mit, dass Homosexualität in ganz Georgien verbreitet und mit Kannibalismus vergleichbar sei und dass eine Reihe verschiedener Techniken benutzt werde, um georgische Bürger zu verrohen. In Georgien tauchte auch eine neue Version einer alten Geschichte auf. Als Carl Bildt schwedischer Außenminister war, habe er gesagt, die Orthodoxie sei der Hauptfeind des Westens, „da sie versucht, Familienbande zu regulieren, und Schwule und Transgender nicht anerkennt.“ Diese Falschmeldung wurde ebenso wie ein ähnlicher Fall in der Ukraine vor drei Jahren zum ersten Mal widerlegt.
Schließlich geht eine Verschwörungskampagne des russischen Fernsehens weiter, die behauptet, dass die USA den Islamischen Staat (IS) nicht bekämpfen, sondern ihn unterstützen würden, da sie keine Anstalten mache, ihn zu stoppen. Wir hörten, dass der IS ein Projekt der Vereinigten Staaten sei; dass IS-Kämpfer Söldner der USA seien und dass der allmächtige Westen und die USA die islamistische Ideologie sowie die Islamistennetzwerke erschaffen hätten.
Während das russischsprachige Fernsehpublikum mit Anschuldigungen gegenüber den USA beschäftigt wird, hat das russische Verteidigungsministerium nicht viel Lärm um seine Ankündigung gemacht, dass es keine russischen Luftschläge auf die Syrischen Demokratischen Kräfte oder Zivilisten gegeben hätte. The UN Security Council had no task of pointing to the aggressor in Donbas, so the resolution 2202 (2015) on Peaceful Settlement in Eastern Ukraine just called on all parties to fully implement the “Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements”.
