There have never been such precedents in history.  And if there are many arguments in favor of this version, then there is not one that refutes it convincingly. This is what we must first take into account when speaking of genocide, which had no historical analogies.

The EU is Hitler’s ‘New Europe’, its goal is to colonise Russia and Eurasian space

There is no difference between Hitler’s “New Europe” concept and the EU. For the latter Russians remain “Untermensch” while the Eurasian space is considered as a “living space.” USSR’s destruction, NATO enlargement, fascism in Ukraine, the rise of neo-Nazism in the Baltic states are all elements of the old West’s “Drang nach Osten” policy.

The West continues its destructive policies against post-Soviet space. In the past, it attempted to destroy the USSR and the Soviet people through Nazi/fascist aggression and German colonisation as Hitler’s “New Europe” concept envisaged. Currently, the West promotes its geopolitical interests through the so-called “new independent countries.” The West’s ultimate goal is to dismember Russia into a number of pseudo-independent republics or at least turning Russia into a supplier of raw materials for Western corporations.

The main ideological attack by Russophobes and anti-Soviet people is directed against the Great Patriotic War of the Soviet people against Nazis. The West aims to change the conception of the world among the Russian world people and impose a pro-Western interpretation of WWII. In contrast to the Great Patriotic War, WWII itself did not solve any fateful issues for humanity because Hitler’s Germany and the so-called Western democracies did not have principle ideological and philosophical differences.

Disproof

This claim is a conspiracy theory aimed at discrediting the EU / West as a whole. It is consistent with recurring pro-Kremlin narratives about alleged Western aggressiveness towards Belarus and Russia and its anti-Russian activities. The accusation of Nazism/ Fascism and building a link to Nazi Germany is one of the favourite techniques of pro-Kremlin outlets. Read earlier propaganda cases building a link between Nazi Germany "Drang nach Osten" concept and the current EU's policies and our past analysis Nazi east, Nazi west, Nazi over the cuckoo's nest.

The European Union was set up with the aim of ending the frequent and bloody wars between neighbours, which culminated in the Second World War. The founders of the EU have no connection with the Nazis. The Nazi ideology and the EU are based on opposite values and principles. Coronavirus is a game, coordinated by pharmaceutical and media industries

The coronavirus crisis is part of a game coordinated between the pharmaceutical and media industries. Country leaders have also fallen into the trap of this game. […] We are isolated now not of our own free will, but because there are influential living beings who decided, for some purpose, to make the world obsess and remain at home.

Disproof

A baseless conspiracy theory pushing a recurring pro-Kremlin narrative about “globalist elites” and multinational corporations using the coronavirus pandemic to pursue malign special interests, establish mass control, and/ or expand profits. This is part of Russia’s disinformation campaign on the coronavirus, well documented by both media and governments. Elements of this campaign were widely reported by Russian and international publications, and by the European External Action Service.

Beyond the present crisis, pro-Kremlin media consistently propagate conspiracy theories about secret “globalist elites” and “shadow governments” that manipulate global politics, economics and finance, robbing nations of their sovereignty and identity, crushing economies, and threatening traditional values.

Just like 9/11, coronavirus might be a conspiracy

Two recent German studies have minimised the possibility of being infected by the coronavirus from the transmission of the virus by contact, air, or through coming into contact with external surfaces. The discovery that coronavirus might not be so infectious after all demonstrates that it might have been a conspiracy, and is reminiscent of old news about 9/11 that came out eight months after the attack. The news talked about the success of German scientists in designing a civil aircraft that can be controlled from the ground. This news posed a question about whether there was someone who controlled the two planes remotely to fabricate a terrorist act and attach it to Muslims.

Disproof

An unfounded conspiracy theory, about both the coronavirus threat as being exaggerated and about the 9/11 attack as being a conspiracy to attach it to Muslims.

The coronavirus pandemic is not a conspiracy. When on 11 March 2020 the WHO declared the COVID-19 outbreak a pandemic, there were more than 118,000 confirmed coronavirus cases in 114 countries. As of 25 May 2020, there are over 5.3 million confirmed cases globally, in addition to 342 thousand deaths. An updated situation report from WHO on the coronavirus pandemic can be found here.
