Disinfo: Brainwashed Ukraine is a threat to Europe; Maidan and coronavirus have united in one in people’s brain

The last 5-6 years of informational propaganda, have decreased the intellectual capacities and increased hatred so much, that today not only Russia, but also Europe must be afraid of Ukraine.

Maidan and coronavirus have united in one in people’s brain.

Recurring disinformation narrative undermining Ukraine and its European aspirations. See a similar disinformation case, claiming that Ukraine is the largest arms supplier to Islamic terrorists in Europe.

The disinformation message appeared after dozens of protesters in a Ukrainian town have attacked buses carrying evacuees from coronavirus-hit China.

The protests were ignited after a mass email claiming to be from Ukraine’s health ministry spread false information that there were five cases of coronavirus in the country, on the same day a plane carrying evacuees from China arrived. According to the Security Service of Ukraine, the email has originated from outside of Ukraine.

Euromaidan was a coup by special services of foreign states

Sincere condolences are sent to the people of Ukraine in connection with the anniversary of the coup, in which the special services of foreign states (the US, the UK, Canada, and Poland) overthrew the legitimate authority.

This is a recurring effort by pro-Kremlin disinformation outlets to present the Euromaidan protests in Ukraine in 2014 as a coup fomented by the Western countries. Similar cases include: The US has recognised Euromaidan as a coup controlled by US officials and The West organised the Maidan coup to make Ukraine an anti-Russian state.

In fact, the demonstrations that began in Kyiv in November 2013, called the "Maidan" or "Euromaidan", emerged organically as a result of the Ukrainian people's frustration with former President Yanukovych's last-minute U-turn on the highly anticipated EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, which had been under negotiation for seven years. Moscow did not interfere in US elections

Washington has repeatedly accused Russia of interfering in the US presidential elections that took place in 2016 by means of organized piracy operations on social media networks. Moscow denied these allegations, stressing that it was not involved in such operations.

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation denying Russian interference in the 2016 US presidential election.

Before the Mueller report was published, Russian meddling in the 2016 election had already been established by US intelligence agencies.

Belarusian opposition wants to turn Belarus into 51st state of the US

Independent Belarusian media see the country as 51st state of the US headed by Uncle Sam and cowboy Marlboro. The meeting of US State Secretary with Belarusian activists proves it. The Belarusian opposition would like to hand over Belarusian state to Americans. Julie Fisher who will likely become the US ambassador to Belarus knows everything about colour revolutions and their methods.

This publication is consistent with recurring pro-Kremlin propagandistic narratives about subservient Belarusian opposition and independent media, alleged plans of the Belarusian opposition to stage a coup in Belarus with US military assistance, and Western attempts to organise a colour revolution in Belarus.

The US and other Western countries do not have plans to organize a forceful power change in Belarus. Belarusian authorities expelled US ambassador in 2008 in response to US sanctions introduced for the rigged presidential elections in Belarus and poor human rights record. The sides announced their plans to restore ambassadors during the US Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs David Hale' s visit to Minsk in September 2019. This intention was confirmed during US State Secretary Mike Pompeo visit to Minsk on 1 February 2020.
