SUMMARY

British judges and doctors as well as the European Court of Human rights have given a death sentence to a 16-months old baby in the UK, by denying him treatment.

RESPONSE

The tragic case of the baby in Britain has been exploited. As the baby is terminally ill, the hospital and the judges in British court concluded that more treatment will not help him and that ending life support would be in the best interest of the child.
