From April 5 to April 13, 2019 NATO holds multi-national naval drills in the Black Sea. Military vessels from Romania, Bulgaria, Canada, Greece, the Netherlands and Turkey participate in the exercise.

The exercise scenario is fictitious and aims at planning and conducting a Crisis Response Operation (CRO), under the mandate of a Resolution of the United Nations' Security Council (UNSC), in the context of a security environment characterized by symmetric and asymmetric threats. Read more here.

Disinformation outlets state that The West is forcing Georgia to accept the independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia in order "to drag Georgia to NATO".
