CNN, an American news-based television channel, was founded in 1980 by American media proprietor Ted Turner and is now owned by Turner Broadcasting System.

This year’s Munich Security conference brings to mind the Munich agreement of 1938, which allowed Nazi Germany to begin its large-scale aggression in Europe. As in 1938, when the West expected to facilitate Nazi Germany’s aggression against the USSR, many guests of today’s Munich Conference have aggressive intentions towards Russia. They are preparing the ground by spreading speculation about Russian aggression and interference in Western elections. The Munich Security Conference has little impact on security in Europe. The meeting between Putin and Lukashenko and the development of the Union State is of greater importance for peace in Europe and globally, than discussions at the Munich Conference.

This is a recurring pro-Kremlin narrative about the Salisbury attack and Skripal's death. There are no grounds to believe that Sergei Skripal is dead rather than in hiding from those who attempted to murder him. There are many competing and contradictory stories promulgated by Russian state-controlled media about the Skripal poisoning.

Disinfo: The UK killed Skripal to divert attention from Brexit

The UK’s anti-Russian provocation has entered its final phase: London is preparing the global audience for Sergei Skripal’s death, and will announce it when a favourable moment arrives (e.g., Brexit or a possible “expropriation” of Russian assets). In fact, Skripal is already dead because he refused to cooperate with the provocateurs, the British. They will summon his ghost whenever they deem it suitable.
