Disinfo: Donald Trump was chosen to lead a popular movement against the Deep State of Satan

Summary

In the US, the flourishing Church of Satan’s number one priority is the right of abortion. Western societies are dominated by progressivism (or new cultural Marxism) that seeks to substitute Christian morality (which upholds the sanctity of human life), to destroy not only a mother’s love for her child, but also love for one’s country (patriotism) and the natural distinction between man and woman. The EU and Western progressivism in general also conduct pro-homosexuality campaigns.

Ordinary people feel that there is something profoundly wrong with all of this. Donald Trump may be far from perfect, but on the most essential issues his presidency has been an inspiration. He is the most pro-life president in history. Trump was chosen to lead a popular movement against the Deep State of Satan,

Disproof

This article combines three pro-Kremlin disinformation narratives. The first is a recurrent narrative about the existence in the US of a “Deep State” that rules above elected politicians. According to this narrative, US presidents and other public officials have little or no real power, while decision-making lies in the hands of the “Deep State”.

The second narrative, which has recently emerged in some pro-Kremlin outlets, suggests that “Satanism” is the value-system of “global élites/secret élites”, who allegedly seek to destroy traditional Christian values, such as the sacredness of human life, and replace them with immoral and perverse pseudo-religions. See here for EU vs Disinfo’s analysis of this emerging trend of using Satan to reinforce pro-Kremlin disinformation messages.

The third narrative, which is common in pro-Kremlin disinformation, is about the West’s alleged moral decadence, materialism, perverted values, and hostility to traditional religion, which Western governments or “global élites” allegedly seek to undermine and to replace with pseudo-religions (such as LGBT ideology).

The article’s claims that there is a “Satanic Deep State” in the US and that “progressivism” in the West (which the article hints is closely related to Satanism) is destroying traditional values are obviously unfounded.

First of all, there is no evidence that a “Deep State” exists in the US. No reputable political scientist and researcher has ever confirmed the existence of a “Deep State” in the United States.

There is also no evidence to support the claim that “global élites” adhere to a “Satanic” system of values, nor that they seek to destroy Christianity and traditional values.

The term “satanic Deep State” is used by the US right-wing extremist QAnon movement, who believe that Trump is fighting a satanic “Deep State” of “global elites” involved in pedophilia, human trafficking and the harvesting of a supposedly life-extending chemical from the blood of abused children.

Read previous cases claiming that President Trump will be assassinated if he confronts the Deep State, that the Satanic and criminal Western élites lead their society through perversion, abomination and sodomy, and that the values of the EU and the COE are not Christian values but the values of Satan.

No pro-Kremlin oligarchs exist in Russia

Alexei Navalny appeared recently in front of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament saying Russian oligarchs Roman Abramovich, Ahmet Usmanov and Boris Rotenberg need to be put on a sanctions list as they are assisting a regime which is poisoning its political opponents. However, Navalny spoke together with certain pro-Western and US-funded opposition figures such as Vladimir Kara-Murza, Vladimir Milov and Ilya Yashin.

Additionally, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitri Peskov and Vladimir Putin himself have said that no oligarchs exist in Russia today and no firm is receiving favorable treatment by being close to Russia authorities.

Disproof

The article is an attempt to discredit Alexey Navalny and his participation in a hearing at the European Parliameny, including by flatly denying the collusion between political and business interests around the Kremlin. This story is also consistent with recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narratives about the poisoning of Alexei Navalny.

Oligarchs exist in today's Russia and they have close links with the Kremlin. As far as the three names mentioned by Alexei Navalny in front of the European Parliament, ample evidence exists.

The aim of the coup in Ukraine in 2013-2014 was to seize Ukraine’s resources

A coup d’etat did take place in Ukraine. Its aim was not the establishment of the rule of law, but the seizure of resources, including financial, and population.

Disproof

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative on Euromaidan depicting the 2013-14 protests in Kyiv as a coup.

There was no coup in Ukraine seven years ago. The demonstrations which began in Kyiv in November 2013, called "Maidan", or "Euromaidan" were a result of the Ukrainian people's frustration with former President Yanukovych's last minute U-turn when, after seven years of negotiation, he refused to sign the EU–Ukraine Association Agreement and halted progress towards Ukraine's closer relationship with the EU as a result of Russian pressure.

There is no evidence of Holodomor in Ukraine, it was a US tool against the USSR

Initially, it [Holodomor topic] was due to the confrontation between the US and the USSR. The US used any means possible to crush the Soviet Union and to incite hostility between the people. The theme of the famine in Ukraine was, and remains, one of these means.

This terrible famine of people from various nationalities and on various territories completely destroys the idea that there was a genocide of Ukrainians.

Russophobes, parasitising on the theme of the “Holodomor”, use it to incite hostility, and want to make Russia responsible for the famine of 1933.

Disproof

This is another disinformation narrative claiming that there was no artificially created famine in Ukraine. The Holodomor is well documented and was not invented as anti-Soviet propaganda during the Cold War. The genocide in Ukraine in 1932-1933 is confirmed by a huge array of declassified documents, including official documents of the Soviet authorities and the Communist Party. The Security Service of Ukraine has declassified more than 5,000 pages of state archives about the Holodomor.

The Holodomor was an artificial famine created with the aim of destroying the Ukrainian peasantry. The Soviet state took away livestock, crops and seeds from the peasants under the guise that the peasants "plundered" state property. The Soviet law on the seizure of food from peasants was adopted in 1932. The punitive document is known as the "Five Spikelet Law". Everyone who gathered several ears of wheat on the collective farm field was a culprit in the "theft of state property". If the law was not enforced, people were shot, including children. Convicts were not subject to amnesty.
