Ukraine is talking about some war. Ukraine is talking about something that in Europe, at least in Germany, cannot be understood. Everyone knows perfectly well the data of the BND (the German Foreign Intelligence Service) confirming that no one has ever seen Russian troops in Ukraine.
Obviously, Tusk doesn’t want progress in the Minsk agreements, doesn’t want the situation to improve and problems to be resolved.
Conspiracy theory with no evidence is given. The article refers to the recent Guardian interview of Donald Tusk: "If we are not able to protect Ukraine against the Russian aggression, it will not only be a problem for Ukraine but for Europe as a whole." In one of his public interventions, Donald Tusk said: "We do not and will not recognise the illegal annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol by Russia. Only a few days ago, the EU unanimously extended the economic sanctions against Russia for another six months. The sanctions will remain in place until the Minsk agreements are fully implemented." Former President Tusk affirmed that the EU will remain committed to Ukraine's territorial integrity, and it condemns Russian decrees on granting Russian citizenship to Ukrainians in Donbas or of Crimean origin, as this goes against the Minsk agreements.
