Disinfo: EU and NATO view Christianity as a force that needs to be overcome

Summary

For the no-less-godless successors of the commissars now ruling most of Europe through the twin bureaucracies of NATO and the European Union, religion – or at least Christianity – remains a retrograde force that needs to be overcome. They are helped by the fact that in western Europe (and increasingly in the United States) consumerism, feminism, LGBT, multiculturalism, and other materialistic post-modern alternatives have proved to be far more corrosive of Christianity than dynamite, bullets, concentration camps, and punitive psychiatric hospitals.

Disproof

Conspiracy theory; no evidence given. This claim involves the recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative that the West threatens and undermines traditional Christian values. Related cases where the US is accused of attacking traditional values in Europe via "sects" can be found herehere, and here.

MH17 was a false flag attack, planned by British and Ukrainian security agencies

MH17’s downing was a meticulously preplanned plot by the Ukrainian and British security agencies to pin the blame for this false flag attack on the Donbas rebels, all with the intent of portraying them as “terrorists”.

Disproof

An unfounded conspiracy theory, attempting to undermining the Joint International Investigation of the downing of the flight  MH17.

A special team, known as the Joint Investigation Team (JIT), was established to conduct the criminal investigation of the downing of the Malaysian Airlines flight MH17. The JIT comprises officials from the Dutch Public Prosecution Service and the Dutch police, along with police and criminal justice authorities from Australia, Belgium, Malaysia and Ukraine.

The US contributed to the creation of ISIS

The United States once contributed to the creation of “ISIS” in order for it to act as a force against Bashar al-Assad in Syria, and to balance the Shiite presence in Iraq.

Disproof

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narratives that the US and other Western countries are supporting and using jihadist groups to advance geopolitical goals.

There is no evidence that the US has supported radical Islamist terrorist groups in Syria or in Iraq. The US-led military campaign in Syria has been fighting ISIS and Islamic terrorists along with the Global Coalition Against Daesh. See here for similar cases on the United States using ISIS for guerrilla and subversive activities and how the US and Europe supported Jihadists in Syria to topple the Assad regime.

The US is ready to transfer 50 atomic bombs from Turkey to the Aviano base in Italy

Within NATO, Turkey is increasingly seen as an unreliable member of the Alliance. This is why the US is ready to transfer 50 atomic bombs from Turkey to the Aviano base in Italy. It looks increasingly likely that NATO will transfer 50 nuclear warheads from the Incirlik military base in Turkey to the US Armed Forces base in Aviano. As a result, Aviano would become the biggest deposit of nuclear weapons in Europe.

Disproof

No evidence. The information has been denied by Italy’s Ministry of Defence.

The Italian Ministry of Defence issued a statement that the news that has been circulating for several days regarding the transfer of nuclear weapons from Turkey to Italy is “totally baseless” and underlined that every aspect related to nuclear posture within NATO is discussed collectively among all member countries.
