Russian authorities declared that on March 30, all their units left Bucha. One day later, the mayor of Bucha published one video in social media bragging about having achieved a great victory, but strangely, he didn’t mention any corpse in the streets. Then, on the fourth day, all these evidences emerged, right when members of the Ukrainian Security Service and members of the Ukrainian television and some Western media arrived to the place. Corpses were disposed in strange positions where they didn’t even showed signs of rigor mortis or non-coagulated blood.

Russian troops later started bombing and shelling civilian targets as well. Countless atrocities by Russian forces have since been reported - see for instance here and here.
