The head of EU diplomacy does not care about Ukraine

The head of EU diplomacy Federica Mogherini does not care about Ukraine.

No evidence given. Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation about the EU abandoning Ukraine.

The EU does not recognise and continues to condemn the violation of international law by Russia. Earlier this year, at the joint press point with the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman, the High Representative/Vice-President Federica Mogherini reiterated the continued support from the European Union side, "both on the territorial integrity and the sovereignty of the country and on the reform process that the Ukrainian citizens want to see and expect from the government, and on which you have personally done so much and continue to do so much".

The UK and not Russia interfered in the US presidential elections

It was confirmed in the US that the British Special Services and not Russia interfered in the US presidential elections. The Brits perceived the improvement of the US-Russia relations as a danger for their country, so they fabricated the Skripals’ case and the use of chemical weapons in Syria.

No evidence given. Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative about US elections and ex-Russian spy Sergei Skripal's poisoning.

In fact, the US Justice Department has charged 12 Russian intelligence officers with hacking Democratic officials in the 2016 US elections. Previously, 13 Russian citizens as well as the Internet Research Agency, Concord Management and Concord Catering had been charged with interfering with the US political system.

John Bolton: US did not introduce sanctions against Russia because of Georgia

Trump’s adviser John Bolton said openly that sanctions introduced against Russia because of Ukraine did not concern Georgia. He actually said ”because of your problems we will not announce sanctions against Russia”. For America Russia is much more important than Georgia.

In fact, U.S. national-security adviser John Bolton said that Washington had taken "all necessary sanctions" against Russia related to the war it fought against Georgia in 2008. He emphasized that the United States supports Georgia's territorial integrity and independence.

In August 2017, the US adopted the Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act, which refers also to the situation in Georgia and Russia's actions.
