SUMMARY

The French intelligence service was aware of the attack in Strasbourg and allowed it to happen. The attack is linked to the elections to the European Parliament.

RESPONSE

No evidence given, conspiracy theory. At about 20:00 local time, on 11 December, a man opened fire close to the famed Christmas market in Strasbourg.
