The Australian company European Metals Holdings which wants to dominate the lithium mining in the Czech Republic is backed by powerful bankers and lawyers who are ready to impoverish Czechia in arbitration

Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and European Metals Holdings Limited in the field of mining and processing of lithium in the Czech Republic establishes an irrevocable commitment to protect the Australian´s investments, liabilities and costs, which Australian company had, has, or will have in terms of lithium mining in the Czech Republic. BlackRock Group, Evy Hambro, Craig Phillips, Hillary Clinton and the whole army of layers are ready to impoverish the Czech Republic in arbitration.

The Memorandum Definition according to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary literally states that the Memorandum is 1: informal record; also: a written reminder; 2: an informal written record of an agreement that has not yet become official. It follows from the definition itself that the Memorandum is not legally binding, so that the matters agreed in the memorandum do not give rise to a legal claim. In terms of the lithium case, the Czech public TV station Czech Television has asked for the opinion of law professors who specialize in commercial or international law and they agree that this document is not legally binding for the Czech Republic. It may also be based on past disputes between the Czech Republic and a foreign company, such as a dispute between the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic and the Italian company Alenia Aeronautica S.p.A. in the case of the L-159 subsonic tactical aircraft exchange for one EADS CASA-295M transport aircraft for the needs of the Czech Army. In this case, the Office for Protection of Economic Competition decided in favour of the Czech Republic, stating that "The memorandum is not legally binding but merely declares certain intention of both sides to implement and cannot be considered for action to start the proceedings.

Ukraine is guilty for the MH17 tragedy because it did not close the airspace over its territory after the start of the civil war in Donbas

Ukraine is guilty for the MH17 tragedy because it did not close the airspace over its territory after the start of the civil war in Donbas.

Recurring disinformation. There is no civil war in Donbas: Russia is supporting separatists in the eastern Ukraine. Read more here.

The governments of the states who lost most citizens in the catastrophe set up a Joint Investigation Team (JIT), which concluded that the plane was shot down by a BUK missile located in an area controlled by the Russia-supported rebels. Independent open source journalistic investigation traced the missile launcher and the people who operated it from Russia into Ukraine and back again into Russia, and the Joint Investigation Team has agreed with these conclusions. The world is being protected by the Russian Air-Space Forces in Syria

The Nobel Peace Prize has been received by the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons – ICAN. But in fact, the world is being protected by the Russian Air-Space Forces in Syria.

The International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons was awarded to efforts to draw attention to the disastrous consequences of any use of nuclear weapons and attempts to ban such weapons through agreements. In this case, the Nobel Committee encouraged not the result of the work of the organization, but its aspirations and activities.

Not a single army has ever received a Nobel Peace Prize for fighting a war.
