Disinfo: Germany controls Alexei Navalny

Summary

The scandal around the Russian blogger Alexei Navalny is totally a German creation. The Germans control Navalny. He says what they need, including to defend Nord Stream 2.

Disproof

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative portraying the poisoning of prominent Russian opposition figure Alexei Navalny as staged and targeted against Russia. It also seeks to discredit Navalny by suggesting that the German authorities control him. Pro-Kremlin disinformation often targets Russian opposition figures accusing them of being agents of Western intelligence services.

A prominent Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny fell ill during a flight from Siberia to Moscow on the 20th of August. Initially hospitalised in Omsk, at the request of his family he was transferred to Charité hospital in Berlin.

At the request of the Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, a specialist Bundeswehr laboratory carried out toxicological tests on samples from Alexei Navalny. The results of these tests have revealed unequivocal proof of the presence of a chemical nerve agent from the Novichok group.

The European Union has condemned what seems to have been an attempt on Alexei Navalny's life and imposed sanctions on six senior Russian officials and a chemical research centre. The test results from the Charité – Universitätsmedizin hospital in Berlin, where he was treated, indicate that the Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny was poisoned during his stay in Siberia.

Read similar disinformation cases alleging that the Western intelligence agencies are working with Navalny, that West will falsely accuse Russia of poisoning Navalny, as with Skripal and Litvinenko, that if the victim does not die, it cannot be Novichok, that the Navalny poisoning could be a strategy of the West to introduce anti-Russian sanctions, that there is no evidence of Navalny poisoning, West wants to stop Nord Stream 2 and that another reason would be found for sanctions, if there had been no Navalny.

US prepares a revolutionary scenario for Moldova

The US prepares a revolutionary scenario for Moldova after the presidential elections. The US State Department has already ordered its embassy in Chisinau to “set up the opposition in advance to organise mass protest actions” in case Dodon is re-elected. The United States continues to unceremoniously interfere in the internal affairs of states friendly to Moscow along the perimeter of Russian borders.

Disproof

Recurrent pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative framing popular protests as Western-backed colour revolutions, part of a campaign to portray possible protests from the opposition in Moldova in case current president Dodon is re-elected as a destabilisation effort orchestrated from abroad. No evidence is provided to support the allegations.

Pro-Kremlin disinformation narratives frequently claim that popular protests around the world are allegedly incited, and funded, by the US and other Western states, including colour revolutions in post-Soviet states, the “Arab Spring” revolts, Euromaidan in Ukraine, protests in Catalonia and others. This narrative claims that protests, disorders, and civil uprisings are never manifestations of popular discontent but are “colour revolutions” directed and funded by the West.

Turkey and Ukraine are at war with the residents of Crimea

Ankara, together with Kyiv, is waging a war against the inhabitants of Crimea in general and the Crimean Tatars in particular.

Disproof

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative about the illegal annexation of Crimea.

Ukraine and Turkey do not wage war against the residents of Crimea. Turkey supports the territorial integrity of Ukraine, including its sovereignty over Crimea.

The Globalists target Karabakh in order to suffocate Russia

Globalists, they never sleep. They are constantly creating a cataclysm. One after the other. After the war in Syria came Covid. When the rate of the spread of Covid slowed down, came the Black Lives matter movement…

The next one is the war in Artsakh (Karabakh). And the main goal of this war is to create a suffocating circle around Russia, the enemy of the globalists, which must be gradually squeezed to eliminate that country.

Disproof

Conspiracy theory, connecting any political or natural cataclysms with the global/ secret elites.

Conspiracy theories about the "deep state"  are widespread, they promote a narrative about a global elite secretly ruling the world. In most cases, the “deep state” is referred to as American elites, who promote aggressive wars and prevent US reconciliation with Russia. The idea of a "deep state" has always been very popular among conspiracy theorists.
