Disinfo: Europe is violating the right to health and safety

Summary

The peoples of liberal countries felt a sense of alienation from their countries after the coronavirus pandemic, which exposed the liberal order and demonstrated the inability of governments to repel this virus due to a lack of hospital beds, medical materials, respirators, and other equipment and supplies. Surely Europe’s budget is a transparent budget visible to the people, and the European people are an astute people who can track events accurately. They know that at the end of 2015, Europe cut the health budgets of its health ministries on the pretext of the economic crisis, while this money was going to finance refugees.

The reckless practices of the liberal states led to a defect that changed the image of liberalism in front of the European people, and led to the weakening of the liberal immunity in the conscience of peoples, due to Europe’s violation of the human right to health and safety, and even their looting of this right by force. Therefore, this is the international liberal regime’s death declaration.

Disproof

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative about the imminent collapse of liberalism.

It is not true that health systems in Europe are suffering more than in other countries facing the same level of pressure. European countries have some of the best universal healthcare systems in the world. For example, according to the Global Health Security Index, among the top 15 countries in the index, which include criteria for preparedness for dealing with epidemic/pandemic outbreaks, 10 are European.

Moreover, in order to provide all EU Member States with essential medical equipment, the EU has created a European stockpile of ventilators, masks and lab supplies. This medical and protective equipment is available to any EU country. The Commission will finance 90% of this stockpile through the EU Civil Protection Mechanism (RescEU).

To support scientific research into the COVID-19, the European Commission has earmarked €47.5 million for shortlisted research projects that can improve epidemiology and public health, including preparedness and response to outbreaks. The EU has also created its first ever stockpile of medical equipment.

NATO soldiers have already been vaccinated against COVID-19

Despite all quarantine restrictions, “Defender Europe 2020” has not been cancelled! Just reduced in scope. The most interesting is that NATO forces move through the most infected parts of Germany – Munich, Baden-Württemberg, and Hamburg. Do they really care about the danger of getting infected? There is an assumption that NATO soldiers have already been vaccinated against COVID-19 and other war viruses. There is also reason to believe that when the coronavirus appeared in China, the agents of the Western special services who used the virus there already had a vaccination against it.

Disproof

Conspiracy theory, with no evidence provided to support the claim. This is part of a disinformation campaign on coronavirus, well documented by both media and governments. Elements of this campaign were widely reported by Russian and international publications, and by the European External Action Service.

NATO pays special attention to the vaccination, NATO forces should have adequate immunity against several known diseases, like Diphtheria, Measles, Pertussis, Polio, Rubella, and Tetanus. And if necessary, should be vaccinated prior to exposure to these diseases: Hepatitis A and B, Japanese Encephalitis, Meningitis, etc. However, NATO soldiers could not have been vaccinated against COVID-19, as there is no vaccine against novel coronavirus. It can take a number of years for a new vaccine to be developed.

Secret American bio-labs in Ukraine

A scandal erupted in Ukraine at the peek of the Coronavirus epidemic in Europe, over the activities of Secret American labs working on dangerous human diseases.

In countries like Ukraine or Georgia, it is easy for Americans to find volunteers to do human tests.

Disproof

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative concerning the coronavirus pandemic and the Tbilisi-based Lugar Lab.

The story fits the broader set of conspiracy theories on the supposed man-made origins of various infectious diseases. There is no evidence that SARS, MERS, or avian influenzas were created in laboratories.

The West have disposed of Ukraine like a trash

Where is this American-European project, known as “Ukraine” in the press now? Is there anyone still interested in it in the West? The country does not exist in the Western information space anymore. They have destroyed it and disposed of it like a trash. And who will have to clean up after this?

Disproof

Presented as a series of rhetorical questions, this disinformation message advances pro-Kremlin narratives undermining the statehood of Ukraine and casting it as abandoned by its partners.

International media continues to write about Ukraine: see for example a recent message by the Reuters news agency, about the additional World Bank loan of 135 mln US dollars to help reform Ukraine's healthcare system.
