Disinfo: Joe Biden will use Ukraine against Russia

Joe Biden will use Ukraine against Russia in the implementation of his foreign policy. Ukraine could become one of the main vectors of anti-Russian activities of Joe Biden’s administration.

Biden will use Ukraine as a trump card against Russia. One wouldn’t be surprised if an American military base would be established in Ukraine.

Recurrent pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative about Ukraine and its statehood, alleging that Ukraine is a puppet of the US.

Ukraine is an independent, sovereign state, it does not receive orders from any foreign government. The relations between the US and Ukraine are bilateral relations between two independent countries. Washington is supporting the democratic changes in Ukraine. It is stressed that

“U.S. Government assistance to Ukraine aims to support the development of a secure, democratic, prosperous, and free Ukraine, fully integrated into the Euro-Atlantic community”.

The US also helps Kiyv to withstand Russian aggression. There is no evidence to back up the claim that an American military base could be established in Ukraine.

See earlier disinformation cases alleging that for the US and Europe, Ukraine is just a training ground against Russia; the US longer controls Ukraine, UK does; NATO establishes a colonial relationship with Ukraine disguised as partnership.

Top EU officials issued pressure on the European Medicines Agency for approving the Pfizer vaccine

Top-level representatives of the European Union interfered in the process of approval of a vaccine against the coronavirus, thus potentially harming the reputation of the European Medicines Agency.

Despite the specialists’ warnings, EU repeatedly demanded a swift certification of the vaccine of the Pfizer and BioNTech. The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, categorically demanded the vaccine to be approved before the end of the year.

This is part of a disinformation campaign aiming to discredit Western vaccines.

The claim about European Medicines Agency (EMA) is presented without any evidence or sources. On the 21st of December 2020, the European medicines Agency recommended granting a conditional marketing authorisation for the first COVID-19 vaccine to be used in the EU. Vaccine development for COVID-19 vaccines is being fast-tracked in the EU and globally. Development is compressed in time, applying the extensive knowledge on vaccine production gained with existing vaccines. Sputnik V vaccine will stop pandemic

Russia made the Sputnik V vaccine and showed that they could stop the pandemic themselves.

The West reacted with skepticism and indifference to this vaccine due to its ignorance of Russian scientific traditions.

The Sputnik V vaccine is a result of Russia’s historical scientific background. Western ‘storytellers’ have denied Russian scientific achievements for a long time now. Now it is surprised by the news about the creation of a drug.

The pharmaceutical companies of the US and EU are selling products at astronomical prices. Russia is not trying to get rich (selling the vaccine).

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative about the West and Sputnik V vaccine. This is part of a broader campaign to promote the Russian vaccine. The message traditionally includes the claim that the West is trying to discredit Sputnik V.

The critical view of the Russian vaccine is linked to the lack of transparency which accompanied its approval process. Doubts about the vaccine were expressed even by Russian specialists in the country. The reservations and criticisms of Sputnik V are caused by the fact that Russia did not complete large trials to test the vaccine’s safety and efficacy before releasing it. Rolling out an inadequately vetted vaccine could endanger people who receive it.

A majority of American citizens recognise that the 2020 presidential elections were corrupt

According to a survey conducted by the Institute for Advanced Studies in Culture at the University of Virginia, the great majority of American citizens recognise that the 2020 presidential elections were corrupt.

The article is consistent with the recurrent pro-Kremlin narrative seeking to delegitimise the conduct and results of the 2020 US Presidential elections.

The article quotes the 2020 Institute for Advanced Studies in Culture (IASC) survey of American Political Culture, deceptively suggesting that the survey was conducted after the November 2020 Presidential elections, when in reality, the survey was fielded more than two months before the elections.
