A deal has been struck between the French government and radicals about establishing Sharia in specific areas of France. According to Frontex, the agency is officially not allowed to return the migrants back to Africa.

Disproof

No evidence given for this conspiracy theory. Frontex does not return migrants in the way described since it is not in the mandate of the agency, it is Member States' responsibility.
