The so-called “new Europe”- Ukraine, the Baltic States, Poland is getting paid to instigate conflicts with Russia, but the payments are getting lower.

RESPONSE

Conspiracy theory advancing a recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narratives about provocations and West encircling Russia. Such disinformation narratives aim to portray a major division in Europe, between Russia-loving "old" Europe, and Russophobic "new" member states. See for example a previous disinformation message alleging that Poland and the Baltic States are preparing for a new war with Russia.
