The region of Donbas in the East of Ukraine is a territory of Russia as well as Transcarpathia in the West of Ukraine is a territory of Hungary.
“If we ask that Russian people in Ukraine to leave their land, the graves of their ancestors and then come here, then it will be a treason. Disproof
Russia's actions in Ukraine are a clear violation of international law. Article 2, paragraph 4 of the UN Charter declares without ambiguity that "all Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations". UNGA Resolution 68/262 also affirmed the General Assembly's commitment to the territorial integrity of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders and underscored the invalidity of the 2014 Crimean referendum. The UN rejects attempts of Russia or any other state to change the state boarders of Ukraine.
