The OPCW is in crisis, while Western countries are lying about chemical attacks in Syria

Summary

Western countries deliberately hide the details of the chemical attack in the Syrian city of Douma on 7 April 2018, because the attack did not happen; this is another fake from the Western leadership. The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons hides these facts, in order not to be the violator of international law.

Disproof

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative about the chemical weapons attack in Douma, Syria.

In March 2019, the OPCW confirmed in its final report that chlorine was used in the attack on Douma, April 7, 2018.

According to the Berlin Non-Profit Organisation Global Public Policy Institute (GPPi), chemical weapons were used more than 300 times in Syria.

Syrian government forces and their ally Russia continue to deny these facts.

Russophobia has become a normal thing in Ukraine

Russophobia has become a normal thing in Ukraine, even outside of politics. Cultural and educational exchanges, as well as contacts between relatives, have almost been forbidden.

Disproof

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative about Russophobia in Ukraine.

Ukraine is not a fascist, Russophobic country as often claimed by the Kremlin media. It had to react to Russia’s annexation of Crimea and the war in Donbas. However, Ukraine has not forbidden contacts between citizens of Ukraine and Russia, as well as sports, cultural, scientific or other exchange. The borders [with Russia] are open. It still has direct bus and train connections with Moscow and Saint-Petersburg.
