Disinfo: “Opposition” in Russia are actually NATO influence agents aiming to destabilise the situation

The meeting that NATO representatives had with Russian opposition members aimed to destabilise the situation in a sovereign Russia. Calling them “opposition” must cease, because opposition means something different. They are influence agents instructed by NATO representatives to continue destabilising the situation.

Recurrent pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative aiming to discredit Russian opposition, in this case by framing it as foreign and NATO puppets working to destabilise Russia. No evidence is provided to support the claim.

This disinformation message was released after EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs criticised during a visit to Moscow the way the Russian authorities treated opposition leader Alexei Navalny and the crackdown on his supporters, and after Navalny’s aide Leonid Volkov announced a pause in the protests until the spring to prevent further arrests and violence against demonstrators and to focus on upcoming parliamentary elections. Russia’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova accused Volkov of having received instructions during an online meeting with “NATO countries” on “how to continue to conduct subversive work ‘more cunningly’.”

Contrary to Zakharova’s affirmation, the online meeting that Volkov held was with Poland’s and EU diplomatic representatives, as the Polish Permanent Representative to the EU’s office itself tweeted. The tweet made a reference to ongoing debates among the EU’s 27 permanent representatives plus the ambassadors of the UK, the US, Canada and Ukraine about further steps to adopt, which was deliberately distorted by Zakharova to portray it as a “NATO meeting”. See Polygraph for further debunking on the false claim that NATO is instructing the Russian opposition.

See other examples in our database, such as claims that Lithuania and the CIA support Russian opposition’s battle against their own country and people; that the West is pouring money into Russian opposition to destroy the country; that the West is afraid to start a war with Russia, so it uses a nosy “fifth column” for its destabilisation; that Navalny is a Western project to influence Russia; or that the real aim of the Russian opposition is a plan of feminists and perverts to stop children from being born.

Medical technology to infect people with Covid-19 virus was developed 5 years ago

The medical technology to infect people with the Covid-19 virus was developed 5 years ago.

“Operation Covid-19” included stages that you could witness during the last two years. 1) artificial panic under the name of the pandemic; 2) restrictions and bans in all countries of the world under the auspices of citizens’ health care; 3) mass vaccination; 4) universal digital control over the movement and behaviour of people, including the ability to digitally identify each person. These very steps will allow modern financial corporations, as institutions, to reduce the capacity of states, to take full control of the world and become the infamous “world government.”

All the world’s leading special services took part in the Covid-19 operation. If the pandemic is slowly reducing the world’s population, then the global elites behind Operation Covid-19 could also go to nuclear war.

Conspiracy theory and recurrent disinformation narrative about the coronavirus pandemic and vaccination, in line with common pro-Kremlin disinformation narratives about a Shadow Government of Globalists ruling all the world and aiming to reduce world population through pandemics and vaccination and even go for nuclear war.

This is part of a disinformation campaign on coronavirus, well documented by both media and governments. Elements of this campaign were widely reported by Russian and international publications, and by the European External Action Service.

Josep Borrell doesn't have a freedom to choose an independent political course

The highly respected EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy has no freedom to independently choose a political course. It seems that after arriving in Brussels, he was explained how the meeting with the Russians was supposed to be, and what conclusions he had to draw at its end.

Perhaps, upon return to Brussels, the head of European diplomacy was explained what accents he had to do, but then this only confirms how and by whom the EU policy is actually formed.

An unfounded conspiracy theory. EU shapes its policy in full transparance, without external involvment. The High Representative for foreign affairs shapes the standing of the European Union on the global stage. This includes conducting the EU’s Common Foreign and Security Policy, ensuring implementation of the decisions adopted by the European Council and the Council, chairing monthly meetings of foreign affairs ministers from all EU member states, and more.

HRVP Josep Borrel travelled to Moscow 4 - 6 February to test whether the Russian government was interested in addressing differences and reversing the negative trend in EU-Russia relations.
