Disinfo: 20 thousand armed migrants getting ready to break into the EU

About 20 thousand armed migrants from Pakistan, Iran, Morocco and other Middle East countries gathered at the border of Croatia with the EU, getting ready to break into the EU.

Disproof

Recurring disinformation narrative about migration crisis. In fact, according to ARD, the UNHCR and the Austrian Interior Ministry explained that the 20,000 figure refers to the total number of migrants registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina so far in 2018, but the migrants were never all there at the same time. UNHCR says there are currently about 5,000 migrants in the country and has no information about migrants being allegedly all armed with knives. Worth mentioning that Croatia itself is an EU country.

Disinfo: John Bolton: US did not introduce sanctions against Russia because of Georgia

Trump’s adviser John Bolton said openly that sanctions introduced against Russia because of Ukraine did not concern Georgia. He actually said ”because of your problems we will not announce sanctions against Russia”. For America Russia is much more important than Georgia.

Disproof

In fact, U.S. national-security adviser John Bolton said that Washington had taken "all necessary sanctions" against Russia related to the war it fought against Georgia in 2008. He emphasized that the United States supports Georgia's territorial integrity and independence. In August 2017, the US adopted the Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act, which refers also to the situation in Georgia and Russia's actions.
