Disproof

Recurring pro-Kremlin narrative on Ukrainian citizens in Poland, whose aim is to exaggerate Polish-Ukrainian tensions and portray Ukraine as a country without any perspectives, forcing people to work in conditions similar to slavery in other countries.

The original story is taken from the Polish radio website. Its heading says: 'The Polish border service controls the legality of the employment of foreigners'. There is no evidence about 'big cleansing' or 'massive inspections' among the Ukrainian workers, or problems for Ukrainians to get their salaries.

According to the National Bank of Poland, in 2017, there were about 900.000 citizens of Ukraine living and working in Poland, who transferred approximately 8,6 billion PLN (2 billion EUR) to Ukraine.

The United States is fed up with imposing sanctions on Russia. Any new sanctions will hit the economy of the United States more than the Russian economy. Sanctions do not work. The United States sees this and understands it.

Disproof

Recurring disinformation concerning sanctions against Russia not being effective.

The false narrative about sanctions is often backed by false statistics, contrary to the actual evidence. According to Russian site RBK, the alleged economic growth of two percent does not stand up to scrutiny. In 2018, inflation rate went up and the rouble depreciated 20% against the dollar.

On April 5, large-scale naval exercises of the NATO countries, Ukraine and Georgia started in the Black Sea. The ships of the North Atlantic Alliance entered the Ukrainian and Georgian ports earlier - on April 1.
