Summary

Precision military strikes were used to take down airports, military infrastructure. The Ukrainian Army has been paralysed. The Russian military does not attack civilians.

Disproof

Pro-Kremlin disinformation claiming that Russia is avoiding civilian casualties.

There are already credible reports of civilian casualties caused by Russian attacks; Ukraine has already reported at least 33 civilian sites targeted by Russia.

Moreover, the Ukrainian Army is not paralysed, it has been successful in slowing the Russian attack down, according to the UK Defence Secretary.
