Disinfo: “Servant of the People” will collect biomaterials of Ukrainians for American laboratories

Summary

“Servant of the People” [political party in Ukraine] will collect biomaterials of Ukrainians for American laboratories. The Kyiv regime is preparing to take control of the genetic information of the country’s citizens. In Ukraine, state registration of genomic information may be introduced. Some observers believe that in this way Zelenskyy’s comprador environment will make it mandatory to hand over the biomaterial to Western laboratories in the “Independent” [Ukraine], and will also provide total control of the population.

Disproof

The article mentions the Ukrainian draft law number 4265 about "The state registration of human genomic information", which has not yet entered into force. The law, however, has nothing to do with "collecting biomaterials of Ukrainians for American laboratories."

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has developed a draft law that provides for the creation of a system of state registration of human genomic information and the creation of an appropriate automated information retrieval system. This system will include genomic information on persons suspected, accused, serving sentences or having an outstanding criminal record for serious or particularly serious crimes. In addition, the database will accumulate unidentified genomic information from biological materials from unsolved crimes and unidentified human corpses.

Moldova could be the target of Western-backed colour revolution to pressure Russia

Washington could be organizing a color revolution and mass protests in Moldova like the ones that have already gripped Belarus and Kyrgyzstan.

The U.S. State Department ordered its embassy in the Moldovan capital of Chisinau to encourage the opposition to organize mass protests to demand an annulment if Dodon is re-elected. According to Russian secret services, U.S. diplomats are also trying to persuade Moldovan security forces not to interfere in possible street protests and to immediately “side with the people.”

The destabilization of the post-Soviet space has all the signs of a planned and coordinated campaign to pressurize Russia by creating hotspots on or near its borders. The U.S. is the only country in the world that has enough resources and motivation to organize persistent and constant campaigns and has been actively indifferent or encouraging destabilization in countries on or near Russia’s frontiers, whether it be Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia-Azerbaijan or elsewhere.

Disproof

Recurrent pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative about colour revolutions, part of a campaign to a priori portray any opposition protests in Moldova as destabilisation effort orchestrated from abroad. No evidence is provided to support the allegations.

The disinformation message appeared a week ahead of the presidential elections in Moldova.

Killing of Samuel Paty coordinated by the Elysee

Member of the European Parliament, Manon Aubry (confirmed) that these attacks (the killing of French teacher Samuel Paty) are coordinated directly from the Elysee with the support of the extreme right.

Disproof

The article misquotes Aubry's words and promotes disinformation regarding the French teacher who was decapitated outside a school in Paris on 16th of October.

Aubry’s actual words, as mentioned in her article on the Mediapart website, were questioning the “nauseating debates imposed by the right and supported by the media”. Aubry was, in fact, trying to set the record straight against those “who want to take the opportunity to undermine our [French] democracy and divide our country”.

The ex-Minister of Health of Ukraine Uliana Suprun has destroyed Soviet medicine

On 29 October, the mayor of the Ukrainian city of Novhorod-Severskyi, Oleg Bondarenko, died of complications associated with coronavirus. The day before this event, on 28 October, the mayor of Boryspil, Anatoly Fedorchuk, had died of Covid. […] the current situation is the result of reforms and plundering of Ukrainian medicine.

There was Uliana Suprun, who consistently destroyed all Soviet medicine. She was the Minister of Health and suggested to treat smallpox by applying a red scarf to the head, and cancer with laughter. Therefore, the result is predictable.

Disproof

Unfounded claims, presented without any evidence. An example of a conspiracy theory; recurring pro-Kremlin narrative about Ukraine and health sector reform in the country.

Mrs Suprun is a highly qualified scientist and medic, educated in the USA and becoming a highly respected professional in her field.
