The Tatar minority in Lithuania became a “weapon” in the political struggle against Moscow in the context of the status of Crimea. Vilnius showed special interest in its Tatar minority after Crimea joined Russia in 2014. Lithuania started to support the radical flank of Tatars, who refuse to recognise the results of the referendum regarding the status of the peninsula. It shows that Lithuanian authorities are manipulating the feelings of Tatars to satisfy their own political ambitions.
The death of a Ukrainian migrant because of the actions of the Polish Police is similar to the situation around George Floyd in the US. The wave of events, which started after this death in Poland is similar to the Black Lives Matter movement (BLM). There is a hypothesis that the same forces stand behind these two movements: liberal politicians, media and NGOs. In Poland, the same liberal forces try to get rid of the Law and Justice Party and Jarosław Kaczyński. In America, the BLM protests were financed by George Soros – in Poland, it is the same! Gazeta Wyborcza started the protest wave after the death of the Ukrainian migrant – this media is connected to Soros. American political technology of mobilisation of ethnic groups will bring a full-scale Ukrainian rebellion.
Recurrent disinformation about Georges Soros in line with the narrative about global elites taking control. Soros is often targeted by pro-Kremlin outlets accusing him of attacking the sovereignty of nations, destabilising Europe by flooding the continent with refugees, organising colour revolutions in many nations and attacking traditional values and, on this occasion, controlling major crime around the world.
The claim that George Soros or other political forces try to inspire the “BLM” protests or a “rebellion” of the Ukrainian migrants in Poland in order to overthrow the ruling authorities is unfounded.
On July 30, a 25-year old Ukrainian died after the Police tried to “calm him down” – he was heavily drunk and “aggressive”, so the personnel of the facility for intoxicated persons called the Police. According to media reports, the Police used gas and beat him; and the person died shortly after the arrival of the Police. The Polish authorities announced the investigation of four recent cases of deaths of young persons in conncetion with Police interventions.
Polish politicians, civil society and media are dissatisfied with the current problem of police violence, but there are no massive protests or riots in Poland similar to the BLM movement.
