The US do not want to present any evidence about Russian cyber interference

No evidence about Russia’s cyber interference.

Disproof

The Russian Foreign Ministry’s statement was a response to the Microsoft announcement on August 20 that the company has moved to seize control over six internet domains affiliated with the Russian military intelligence. There are multiple publicly available reports by different governments and non-government cyber security firms worldwide. These reports offer detailed forensic analyses unveiling the cyber espionage and criminal hacking activities of the group as well as demonstrating their affiliation with the Russian military intelligence/Russian government. The groups’ multiple nicknames have been revealed, they include Pawn Storm, Fancy Bear, APT28, Sofacy, STRONTIUM and others. Rumours of the existence of secret protocols to the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact appeared soon after the pact was signed, but the originals of these "secret additions" have not been found still today

Rumours of the existence of secret protocols to the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact appeared soon after the pact was signed, but the originals of these “secret additions” have not been found still today.

Disproof

Recurring disinformation and historical revisionism. The article does mention that in 1989, the Soviet Congress of People's Deputies "condemned these protocols", but fails to state that it also confirmed that the secret protocols were authentic. https://www.lawmix.ru/docs_cccp/1241 The original documents were burned by the Nazis at the end of the war, but a microfilm copy was saved and turned over to British and American authorities, who revealed its contents. For more, read https://www.nytimes.com/1989/12/25/world/upheaval-east-soviet-congress-condemns-39-pact-that-led-annexation-baltics.html The German-Soviet Nonaggression Pact was concluded before the beginning of World War II and divided eastern Europe into German and Soviet spheres of influence. To the public pact of nonaggression was appended a secret protocol, which divided the whole of eastern Europe into German and Soviet spheres of influence. Poland east of the line formed by the Narew, Vistula, and San rivers would fall under the Soviet sphere of influence. The protocol also assigned Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Finland to the Soviet sphere of influence. www.britannica.com/event/German-Soviet-Nonaggression-Pact,

Terrorist Sentsov is responsible for the death of Crimeans

Sentsov is a neo-Nazi terrorist and took part in the battle in front of the Crimean Supreme Court on February 26, 2014. It was Sentsov who threw a nerve gas grenade into the crowd of Crimeans defending the Supreme Council, the clash at the Council led to two deaths. Sentsov and his activists set the offices of civil society organisations – such as the “Crimean Russian Community” – ablaze as well as United Russia’s local party office.

Disproof

Oleg Sentsov was convicted in a Russian military court for terrorist offences. However, according to Amnesty International and PEN International, the trial itself was littered with irregularities: Sentsov said he was tortured, the main witness of the prosecution said his evidence had been extorted under torture and he said that no terrorist acts were committed. Moreover, Sentsov was not committed for offences committed on February 26, 2014. www.theguardian.com/world/2015/aug/25/russian-court-jails-ukrainian-filmmaker-oleg-sentsov-for-20-years-over-terror-offences, It can be confirmed that there were clashes between pro-Russian and pro-Ukrainian protesters on February 26, 2014, but there is no proof that Sentsov threw a nerve gas grenade into the crowd. Moreover, media reports suggest there was one death during the protect, and the man presumably died of a heart attack. edition.cnn.com/2014/02/26/world/europe/ukraine-politics/index.html, European Parliament has demanded that the Russian authorities immediately and unconditionally release Sentsov and more than 70 Ukrainian citizens illegally detained in Russia and on the Crimean peninsula. The EU has stated that it expects international human rights standards on the peninsula to be upheld and all illegally detained Ukrainian citizens in Russia and on the Crimean peninsula to be released without delay. eeas.europa.eu/headquarters/headquarters-homepage/49296/statement-spokesperson-continuous-detention-ukrainian-film-director-oleg-sentsov_en,
