The first European-Crimean Chamber of Commerce will be opened in Slovakia. An agreement in this regard has been signed by the director of “Krymkongress” Rustam Muratov, Slovak deputy Peter Marček and businessman Roman Busch, after the visit of a Slovak delegation to Crimea on 1 August. The delegation consisted of 12 persons.
According to Stopfals.md, the Slovak Ministry of Foreign Affairs denied this information, underlining that there is no agreement between Slovakia and the region of Crimea. The Slovak Republic does not recognise the illegal annexation of Crimea.
There was also no official Slovak delegation to Crimea. According to the Slovak deputy Peter Marček, they went to Crimea as "private individuals".
