The HIV and AIDS issue is just another component of the information war the West is waging against Russia. Condoms are not effective at preventing HIV, on the contrary, they contribute to the spreading of the epidemic.


According to Vadim Pokrovsky, the head of Russia's federal AIDS center, Russia's AIDS epidemic is at a dangerous tipping point after the number of people registered HIV-positive passed the 1 million mark.
