Disinfo: The IMF has launched the “Ost” plan in Ukraine

Summary

It concerns those who forgot history. The IMF continues to implement Hitler’s “Ost” plan, which was developed by Germany in 1940. The objective of the Ost plan was to transform the Slavs into poorly educated slaves.

Disproof

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative alleging that Ukraine is controlled by the IMF.

There is no evidence that cooperation with the IMF could threaten Ukrainian sovereignty. Ukraine has been a member of the IMF and World Bank since 3 September 1992. The relations between Ukraine and the IMF are based on agreements that support the economic development of Ukraine and the improvement of the free market conditions.

Ukraine is a sovereign and independent state with a democratically-elected President and parliament. Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity are respected by almost the whole world.

Riots in the US take place according to the colour revolution manuals of US Democrats and Obama

The protest in the US is what it deserves. I have seen the training manuals according to which such riots were supposed to be happening in our country [Russia]. My version is that they tried to topple Trump. When that didn’t work they took the training manuals prepared by the Nobel laureate – isn’t this what Obama received the Nobel Peace Prize, for the training manual for colour revolutions? It is the only way to topple Trump. […]

All these orange revolutions are the creation on US Democrats.

Disproof

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative about the colour revolutions.

The ongoing civil unrest across the United States erupted after the death of George Floyd in police custody in Minneapolis. The responsible police officer has been charged with third-degree murder, and he and three other attending officers have been fired.

US interests prevent Ukraine from ending Donbas war

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will not be able to end the Donbas conflict given that this would run contrary to US interests.

Disproof

The claim advances recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narratives casting Ukraine as a US client state, and implicitly painting the ongoing armed aggression in Ukraine as an internal affair.

Ukrainian sovereignty and territorial integrity has been violated  by acts of aggression by the Russian armed forces since February 2014.  Washington along with Kyiv, maintains that its peaceful resolution is contingent on the fulfilment of the Minsk agreements.

Accusations against Russia of hacking the Bundestag follow the same pattern as accusations over the Salisbury poisoning

All these stories about a hacker Badin, who supposedly works for GRU are following the style of “highly likely” like they did with Novichok [attacks].

It is a German attempt to distract the attention of critics and complete the construction of Nord Stream 2.

Disproof

Unsubstantiated claims obfuscating Russia's responsibility for cyber attacks on the German Parliament in 2015.

The Germany's domestic intelligence agency said Russia was behind a series of attacks on German state computer systems, including the German parliament in 2015. According to the reports of the German media, the federal prosecutor's office has issued an international arrest warrant against Dmitriy Badin, a hacker reportedly working for the Russian military intelligence service in relation to the cyber attack.
