Disinfo: Banning Russian olympic athletes is part of hybrid war

Summary

The recent moves of the West to ban Russian athletes from the Summer Olympics in Rio (including the expected suspension of Russian heavyweight athletes) come as part of the hybrid war that the West is waging against Russia.

Disproof

Repeating an already debunked myth.

The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) was established in 1999 as an international independent agency composed and funded equally by the sport movement and governments of the world. WADA's regulations equally apply to every athlete, regardless of his or her country of origin. Vitaly Mutko, Russian sports minister has also acknowledged that doping problems existed among its athletes and apologised for the "serious mistakes" made by Russian officials, coaches and athletes.
