DISINFO: The US is paying for Ukrainian security forces and Ukrainian provocations

SUMMARY

Ukraine’s provocative actions, aimed at confrontation with Russia, are fuelled by foreign curators, who also pay for these actions. Recently, the US had to earmark more funds to Ukrainian security forces and provide an oversight over them. The proof for that is a list of military tenders by the US State Department, which includes equipment and services for Ukraine.

RESPONSE

The tender list is publicly available on the US Embassy in Ukraine web site. The equipment and services are devoted to Ukraine in the framework of aid and partnership programmes. The false narrative about Ukraine provoking Russia is a recurring one, so is the message about Ukraine colluding with the West. For further debunking, see StopFake.org.
