The US is paying for Ukrainian security forces and Ukrainian provocations

Summary

Ukraine’s provocative actions, aimed at confrontation with Russia, are fuelled by foreign curators, who also pay for these actions. Recently, the US had to earmark more funds to Ukrainian security forces and provide an oversight over them. The proof for that is a list of military tenders by the US State Department, which includes equipment and services for Ukraine.

Disproof

The tender list is publicly available on the US Embassy in Ukraine web site. The equipment and services are devoted to Ukraine in the framework of aid and partnership programmes. The false narrative about Ukraine provoking Russia is a recurring one, so is the message about Ukraine colluding with the West.

An Orthodox church in Ukraine seized by unknown people

On 15 December, a group of 20 unknown people seized a Moscow Patriarchate Orthodox Church in Vinnytsia city (west-central Ukraine).

//

The building has been seized by people that support the autocephaly of the Ukrainian Church.

Disproof

No evidence given. Ukrainian media published a video about a service held in that church on the 17 December.

Vinnytsia police chief Serhiy Syniavskyi informed that they “sent a special patrol to the church to check things out. Everything was normal as usual". And Stop Fake contacted the caretakers of the Vinnytsia church and were told everything was normal and no one had taken control of the church. "Over the telephone we could hear singing from the mass that was taking place there at the time", mentions Stop Fake.

EU and US are pressuring Austria to conduct doping investigation into Russian biathletes

There is an internal struggle between the Brussels bureaucracy, which is an obedient vassal of Washington, and countries like Austria and Slovakia, which want to protect their national interests, have never given in to Russophobia and wish to normalise relations with Russia. These countries are under colossal pressure and if there is no spy scandal then the West will come up with a doping scandal. […] They want to put Austria to its place, take away its status of intermediary with Russia, not least because Austria is positive about the Nord Stream 2 pipeline.

Disproof

Conspiracy theory with no evidence given.

The participants of the discussion are using insinuations and leading questions such as "I have no information that someone is behind it, but we always have to ask the question, who benefits?" to develop a narrative that Austria is under pressure to damage its relations with Russia, via the doping investigation.

Looking for Russian traces in the ‘yellow vests’ protests is a cover-up

Looking for proofs that Russia may be involved in the ‘yellow vests’ protests aims to cover wrong political decisions of other countries, for example France.

NATO, the United Kingdom and the United States benefit from the anti-Russian narrative. The BBC plays a crucial role in campaigns against states which may be perceived by the Western powers as an enemy to their interest.

Disproof

No evidence given. The potential involvement of Russia in amplifying the protests in France with help of social media has been mentioned in analyses (described ia. by Bloomberg and The Times). It is now subject to investigation by French authorities.
