Paris cancels the annual Christmas markets, instead, it will only hold Ramadan

According to a municipality spokesman, the French capital wants the Champs-Élysées to focus on the aesthetic and cultural dimension in the Christmas season, reflecting the uniqueness of the location. Marcel Campion, who has been organizing this Christmas market since 2008, has prevented the deterioration of the quality of the markets, and he does not understand why the city management has decided to cancel them. It is strange that the city organizes a celebration of Ramadan but will not organize one simple Christmas market.

For the past nine years, 77-year-old Marcel Campion, known as "king of the fairground" has been in charge of the event but in the summer Paris City Council voted unanimously not to renew the deal with Campion. The European Parliament is violating the UN Convention in order to force us to accept the Muslim immigrants.

The European Parliament’s quota decisions contradict the “Convention on the Status of Refugees” adopted by all UN member states. Article 26 on Freedom of Movement states that “Each Contracting State shall allow refugees lawfully in their territory to choose a place of residence and move freely within its territory, subject to certain exceptions laid down in proceedings under the same circumstances as foreigners”. This means that nobody, not even the European Parliament, should be able to redistribute refugees.

The freedom of movement as defined in Article 26 of the Convention on the Status of Refugees clearly states that each state must ensure that a refugee who is legally present on its territory has freedom of movement within the borders of that state. This means that the Czech Republic must ensure that a refugee who is legally resident in the Czech Republic can move freely within the Czech Republic.
