Cases in the EUvsDisinfo database focus on messages in the international information space that are identified as providing a partial, distorted, or false depiction of reality and spread key pro-Kremlin messages. This does not necessarily imply, however, that a given outlet is linked to the Kremlin or editorially pro-Kremlin, or that it has intentionally sought to disinform. EUvsDisinfo publications do not represent an official EU position, as the information and opinions expressed are based on media reporting and analysis of the East Stratcom Task Force.

RT will be expelled from the US

To date, we have not experienced such active pressure and literally an expulsion from the country, as we do in the United States.

Requiring a foreign media outlet to register as an agent of a foreign nation does not give the U.S. government the right to censor its output or control its working environment. FARA simply requires transparency and public disclosure on the part of those registered. Thousands of Polish Christians prayed against the islamisation of Europe

Thousands of Polish Christians formed a human chain on the country’s border and prayed against the islamisation of Europe. As reported by the news portal, on October 7, on the borderlands of Poland, thousands of Polish citizens gathered to celebrate the victory of Christian Kingdoms’ Coalition over the Ottoman Empire and prayed against the islamisation of Europe.

On October 7, Polish Catholics marched along the country's borderline and prayed for the deliverance of Poland and the world. This large-scale event started with the morning mass and lasted for about 2 hours. Members of the clergy were also present at the site, conducting liturgy and popular prayer. The event was interpreted in various fashions; part of the society saw the march as a protest against Islam and migrants. However, the organizers declare that the intent of the gathering was to pray for pray for peace in Poland and across the globe and not against any particular group of people. The choice of the Polish border as the venue for meeting was to symbolically express the desire of Polish Catholics to encompass the world with prayer.

100 000 North Africans will be resettled in Georgia

The Georgian Government will resettle 100 000 North Africans in exchange for 500 Million Euros. The European Commission will allocate 500 million Euros to those countries that would receive 50 000 migrants from North Africa. The Government of Georgia expresses readiness to receive not 50, but 100 000 migrants.

The Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Accommodation and Refugees of Georgia labels the information about the Government of Georgia receiving 100 000 migrants as absurd.
