Summary

The West incites hatred among the people of countries of ex-USSR. There is politically-motivated and artificially produced hatred, which is offered as a consumer product. It was offered to those, who were the beneficiaries of the project [of the Soviet Union]. They [Western nations] need this hatred because it is a tool to create conflict, albeit uncompromising. This is a mechanism, which either forces you or seduces you to refuse your identity and allows them to take everything that belongs to you.

The German Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) releases an annual situation report on crime in Germany, with an emphasis on criminality among immigrants.

Out of 9.414 cases of rape/sexual assault 37% (=3.483) in 2017 included a non-German suspect and 15.9% (=1.469) included an immigrant suspect. The definition of immigrant includes asylum-seekers; those who have been allowed to stay temporarily despite not having received asylum status; illegal immigrants; and refugees who have been brought into Germany on the basis of quotas. Suspects whose asylum applications have been approved are not included.
