Disinfo: The West has radically revised and rewritten WW2 history

Summary

It is no longer worth shouting: how can you rewrite history?! No, the census process has entered its final stage, and it's too late to ring the bells, gathering them for battle - the war has begun. Time to win.

Immediately after the end of World War II, a campaign began in the West, in which its results were radically revised and history was rewritten. Dozens of institutions, hundreds of publicists, historians and writers worked to minimise the role of the USSR in the victory over Hitler's Germany and, at the same time, to exalt the participation of the West.

When this - the first - stage ended, a new one began: they decided to put the Soviet Union, as they say, on the same blackboard with the Nazis. This was also done deliberately.

Disproof

This message is part of the Kremlin’s campaign on historical revisionism of WWII and is also consistent with recurring pro-Kremlin propaganda narrative about anti-Russian policies of the aggressive West. According to the Kremlin's policy, the official Russian historiography is the only “true” way of interpreting the historical events about WWII.

The European Parliament called the war the bloodiest tragedy of the century, which resulted in millions of victims of authoritarian regimes both of fascist Germany and the USSR. The European Parliament adopted a resolution, describing the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact of 23 August 1939 as a key element paving the way for the outbreak of World War II. The European Parliament also paid tribute to the victims of Stalinism, Nazism and other totalitarian and authoritarian regimes. Regardless of this, the Western historians acknowledge the role played by the USSR in defeating Nazism and do not question the Soviet contribution to the victory in WWII and the status of the USSR as a country which had won in WWII. The policy of the US or the EU is not directed against Russia or any other country.

Disinfo: Involvement of Baltic states in MDO of the US army could cause real armed conflict

Small Baltic states could begin the big war. If the Baltic states will be involved in Multi-Domain Operation (MDO) warfare, it would increase the risk of war in the region.

The Baltic states are in Russia’s neighbourhood. Their territories could be used for intelligence purposes, electronic warfare and radiolocation.

The nature of MDO operations is offensive. The mistake in an offensive MDO operation (of the US forces in Europe) in the Baltics could cause real armed conflict.

Disinfo: European diplomats expelled from Russia deliberately violated Russian laws

The European diplomats expelled from Russia were well aware that they had violated Russian laws, since the actions in which they participated were uncoordinated.

The Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations contains a provision that “all persons enjoying privileges and immunities are obliged, without prejudice to their privileges and immunities, to respect the laws and regulations of the host country”. In Russia, back in March last year, all public and mass events were banned.

Foreign diplomats were well aware of this. Thus, the participation of employees of the Consulates General of Sweden and Poland and the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in the actions held on January 23 and 31 is not only interference in the internal affairs of the Russian Federation, but also a deliberate, deliberate violation of the laws of the host state.

A false claim on the activities of European diplomats. The three expelled diplomats did observe the manifestations, but the allegations that they took part in demonstrations are false.
