Washington required RT to register as a foreign agent to revenge the losses suffered by America during the information war that it had waged against Russia

America does not protect freedom of speech. It has declared an information war on Russia, but already is feeling that it is losing it. It is so surprising for America itself that the authorities of it are going to ‘fights without rules’ against Russian media on their territory and are demanding strict legal restrictions for the work of our journalists in the United States.

The UN Security Council has stated that Russia hasn’t waged any aggression against Ukraine

The UN Security Council has adopted the Minsk Agreements. In the Minsk Agreements, Russia does not appear as a party of the conflict. And the Minsk Agreements do not say that Russia is an aggressor. […]When the UN Security Council adopts some document, every word is verified and meaningful. And if nothing has been written there that Russia is an aggressor, then all the conclusions for the legal documents are meaningless.

Disproof

The UN Security Council had no task of pointing to the aggressor in Donbas, so the resolution 2202 (2015) on Peaceful Settlement in Eastern Ukraine just called on all parties to fully implement the “Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements”. It does not exclude the fact that Russia is an aggressor there. Most of the measures depend heavliy on Russia and its proxies, including the need for a ceasefire, the withdrawal of all heavy weaponry, full monitoring access for the OSCE, and the full restoration of control of the state border to the Ukrainian government. Russia's actions in Ukraine are a clear violation of international law. Article 2, paragraph 4 of the UN Charter declares without ambiguity that "all Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations" bit.ly/1rbGaE3, .
