The latest developments in Belarus are the result of actions by pro-Western collaborators and their masters from the UK and US as well as their vassals from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and the Czech Republic. This is carefully planned managed chaos with the aim of crushing the Belarusian statehood. The events are aggravated by the fact that pro-Western people were increasingly included in state management, which resulted in Russophobia and attempts of historical revisionism.
This is another attempt to organise a hybrid Maidan revolution in Belarus. The previous attempt in 2010 was ended thanks to coordination between the Belarusian and Russian security bodies. The West wages an information war and uses Tsikhanouski, Babaryka, and others as puppets. The authorities of Belarus need to crack down on all collaborators, to clean the internet from opposition content, and to sign 31 integration roadmaps with Russia.
This is a mix of classic pro-Kremlin propaganda narratives about Western attempts to organise a colour revolution in Belarus and to disrupt Belarusian-Russian relations, about EU countries as US or Anglo-Saxon 'puppets,' and attempts of historical revisionism in Belarus. It also groundlessly presents Belarusian opposition politicians as Western puppets and draws an implicit false dilemma about the direction of Belarus' political development (union with Russia vs. loss of statehood). This false dilemma was repeatedly promoted in earlier disinformation cases here, here, and here.
It should be noted that the recent presidental elections were considered neither free nor fair by the EU. In the past, the EU and US repeatedly introduced sanctions against Belarusian officials for mass violations of human rights and electoral standards, they have not attempted to stage a colour revolution in Belarus or any other country.
