Disinfo: Ukraine has lost its economic and military independence

For Ukraine, external management is becoming more tangible and connected with reality, and not just a simple term. The country is losing not only economic but also military independence. This idea is prompted by recent events: US strategic nuclear bombers B-52 twice flew in Ukrainian skies under the cover of Ukrainian fighters, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine proudly announces the regular nature of the American air patrol.

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative about Ukraine alleging that it is under foreign control.

Ukraine is not under external control and it is not losing its independence as stated in the claim. Ukraine is a priority, strategic partner of both the EU and NATO. Ukraine is a sovereign and independent state with a democratically-elected president and parliament. Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity are respected by almost the whole world.

The flight of two US strategic bombers was a planned patrol mission in order to achieve the compatibility of NATO and its partners' air forces. The NATO planes were accompanied by four fighters of the Ukrainian Air Force. These military exercises do not indicate that Ukraine has lost its military independence.

Cases in the EUvsDisinfo database focus on messages in the international information space that are identified as providing a partial, distorted, or false depiction of reality and spread key pro-Kremlin messages. This does not necessarily imply, however, that a given outlet is linked to the Kremlin or editorially pro-Kremlin, or that it has intentionally sought to disinform. The anti-missile system in Romania can also become offensive

Anti-missile systems in Romania and those to be installed in Poland may be used for offensive purposes.

This is a pro-Kremlin narrative about the deployment of missile defence systems in Romania and Poland, in line with the encircling Russia and aggressive NATO narratives.

In fact, both Romania and Poland agreed to host missile defence systems. In 2010, Romania agreed to host Standard Missile 3 interceptor.

Polish controlled “Belarus opposition” leaks data of Police officers in attempt to threaten them

Polish-controlled “Belarus opposition” leaks personal data of 1000 Police officers in attempt to threaten them.

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative about the protests in Belarus.

The opposition movement is not "Polish-Controlled". The claim is in line with a recurrent narrative on "foreign involvement" behind any expressions of popular discontent. See similar examples here.

The process of demoralising, perverting and defiling teenagers in Armenia has already started

The process of demoralising, perverting and defiling teenagers in Armenia has already started, especially through television and unrestricted Internet. Armenian TV is mainly focused on the implementation of the Allen Dulles’ Plan. But after the ratification of the Lanzarote Convention, the introduction of sex education in schools, as well as after the ratification of the Istanbul Convention, this process will become more intense.

This disinformation message is consistent with recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narratives about Western moral decay, as well as about imposing  international conventions and laws on countries that destroy the moral foundations of traditional societies. The narrative of 'threatened values' is one of the most common narratives used by pro-Kremlin outlets.

The Dulles' plan or the Dulles Doctrine is a conspiracy theory, according to which the CIA chief Allen Dulles had developed a plan for the US to destroy the Soviet Union during the Cold War by secretly corrupting the cultural heritage and moral values of the Soviet nation.
