DISINFO: Ukraine is an unstable country on the verge of total collapse

SUMMARY

Bessarabia, Galychyna, Lviv, Bukovyna, Carpathian Rus are the territories donated to Ukraine by the Soviet Union... Ukraine, like Yugoslavia, is slowly but surely heading towards disintegration into smaller parts.

The creation of the own church, persecutions of the Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate, which is supported by most Ukrainians, increased tariffs, a high level of inflation, cooperation of law enforcement officers with nationalists, and violent Ukrainization are going to have catastrophic consequences.

RESPONSE

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative about disintegration of Ukraine.

A disintegrating and artificial Ukraine is a recurring element of pro-Kremlin disinformation. There are no signs of the imminent collapse of Ukraine, as has been claimed by the pro-Kremlin media since 2014. Recent opinion polls show that the majority of the citizens of Ukraine (82%) in all regions support the independence of Ukraine.

Except for Russia, no other neighbouring state has territorial claims to Ukraine. Ukraine has friendly and good neighbourly relations with other countries.

Pushing for theories alleging the disintegration of Ukraine is a frequent element of pro-Kremlin disinformation. Explore a similar case here claiming that "Ukraine will fall into quasi-states" and another saying that "the US wants to break Ukraine into pieces."
