Disinfo: Ukraine will force resettlement on everyone with a Russian passport

The Cabinet of Ministers has come up with an initiative to resettle everyone with a Russian passport. In short, all Russians in Ukraine are subject to supervision from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, and the police. They gather potential enemies together and move them somewhere. However, in this situation, everyone subjected to internment becomes a prisoner of war.

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative on Ukraine and the war in Donbas.

The government of Ukraine is not preparing a bill that will forcibly resettle Russian citizens located in Ukraine. The draft law, proposed by the government, improves legal regulation for the prisoners of war and internees, establishes these people's rights, and defines the rights and obligations of state institutions.

The draft law proposes to clearly define "prisoners of war" and "internees". Internees could be citizens of a state that threatens to attack or carry out aggression against Ukraine, who are located on the territory of Ukraine, and whose internment is necessary to ensure the national security of Ukraine. Therefore, only the people who pose a threat are subject to internment. The concept of a "prisoner of war" is defined in accordance with Article 4 of the Geneva Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War of 12 August 1949.

CoE and EU has never borne Christian moral values, but the values of Satan

The Council of Europe and the European Union have never been and are not the bearer of Christian moral values, their values are anti-values or, to put it more simply, the values of Satan. The same can be said, in whole or in part, for all EU member states.

Europe itself has long been in a moral and value crisis, as evidenced by the Council of Europe’s Istanbul Convention, the propaganda of the perversion of LGBT people, and the granting of other inadmissible rights.

Europe has already reached the point where the Pope, the caring leader of the majority of Europe’s Christians, the world’s Catholics, has publicly declared that homosexuals have the right to have a family, that is, leading a huge part of humanity to the catastrophic destruction and giving a green light to the Sodom and Gomorrah.

This article is a mix of several recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narratives about the EU's, Council of Europe's, Western moral decay, LGBT, Istanbul convention plus an attempt at defaming the Catholic Church and Pope Francis.

The Council of Europe is an international organisation whose stated aim is to uphold human rights, democracy and the rule of law in Europe. The Istanbul Convention (the Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence) is a treaty of the Council of Europe that opens the path for creating a legal framework at pan-European level to protect women against all forms of violence, and prevent, prosecute and eliminate violence against women and domestic violence.

Ukraine is going to send all people who received Russian passports to concentration camps

Zelenskiy’s calls to return and the simultaneous opening of concentration camps for those who received Russian passports can be compared to Nazi Germany. Internment – forced isolation in connection with the armed conflict, will affect both the residents of the DPR and LPR who received Russian passports and the residents of Crimea. Ukraine reserves the right to apply forced internment to absolutely all citizens of the Russian Federation without trial or investigation. They are going to be sent to concentration camps. Residents of Donbas once again became convinced that Ukraine is a predictably dangerous neighbour. But in fact, it is correct to say that concentration camps are opening there for everyone with a Russian passport. In fact, in this situation, it is appropriate to compare with Nazi Germany – then, too, Soviet citizens were promised warm beds and hearty meals.

The Ukrainian parliament is not preparing a bill that will allow the internment of all Russian citizens. The law, on the contrary, must define who can be subjected to internment, what are these people's rights and define the rights and obligations of state institutions.

NATO gave up on Ukraine

NATO understands all the risks that will follow after Ukraine joins the Alliance and therefore gave up on Kyiv.

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative claiming that the West has abandoned Ukraine.

Relations between NATO and Ukraine date back to the early 1990s and have since developed into one of the most substantial of NATO’s partnerships. Since 2014, in the wake of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, cooperation has been intensified in critical areas.
