Disinfo: Ukraine will issue citizenship to murderers

Ukraine allowed citizenship to be issued to murderers and punishers.

This is a recurring narrative that Kyiv favours those who support Nazi views and that the war against the people of Donbas is waged by successors of the Hitlerites.

Such fakes appeared in Russian media against the backdrop of the new Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approving the procedure for granting citizenship to foreigners who face political persecution in their homeland for supporting Ukraine. The new decision of the Cabinet of Ministers has nothing to do with the "killers". It refers to the fighters who helped ensure national security and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

The legislation identifies citizens who are convicted for political reasons on the territory of their state for supporting Ukraine - its territorial integrity and sovereignty. The new rules apply exclusively to those people who have been subjected to political repression, but do not apply to citizens "convicted of serious and especially grave crimes".

NATO Preparing for War with Russia

NATO has begun preparations for a full-scale war against Russia. NATO is getting ever closer to Russia and increasing its presence along Russian borders in order to draw the Kremlin into World War III.

The Kremlin’s repeated narrative that NATO is preparing for war.

These claims of NATO’s nefarious plans for World War III stem from reports from a meeting that Russia’s General Staff chief General Valeriy Gerasimov conducted with foreign military attaches accredited in Russia. Krasnaya Zvezda (Red Star), the official newspaper of the Russian armed forces writes about the meeting with military attaches and cites Gerasimov, however nowhere does the Russian general actually say that NATO will soon unleash a war against Russia. Gerasimov, however, did say that “NATO’s military exercises show a targeted preparation by the alliance to deploy its troops in a large scale military conflict". When asked about the possibility of hostilities unfolding between Russia and NATO in the next 30 years, Gerasimov said that at present, there are no prerequisites for a large scale war.

Britain Rules Ukraine Guilty in case of Yanukovych Debt

Great Britain finds Ukraine guilty in its dispute with Russia over outstanding Eurobonds: the $3 billion that ousted Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovych borrowed from the Kremlin in 2013.

This claim that Ukraine has been found guilty is false. At the beginning of December 2019, the British High Court of Justice began a four day hearing in the dispute between the Kremlin and Ukraine. The Supreme Court has yet to decide whether a full trial is to be held. The Supreme Court ruling based on the December 9th-12th hearings is expected in the first half of 2020.

Estonian authorities pursue Sputnik under the cover of the EU and NATO

The Estonians would never have decided on such illegal actions if they didn’t have permission from their real owners in the West. Without the coordination with NATO allies, the USA, this situation would not have developed in such a shameful way. Moreover, representatives of NATO and the EU will cover up the actions of the Estonian authorities.

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation undermining the statehood of the Baltic countries, about the US or EU/NATO's hegemony over other countries, lost sovereignty and external control of the Baltic states.
