In 2014 Polish authorities confiscated 14 weapons on the Ukraine-Poland border, 26 items in 2015 and 30 in 2016. In 2017 Polish authorities confiscated 49 smuggled weapons. MH-17 was shot down from a territory controlled by Ukraine

The DPR Prosecutor General’s Office has evidence that the BUK was launched from an area under the Ukrainian Army’s control, presumably the Ukrainian army’s 156th Anti-Aircraft Regiment was then located there.

MH-17 was shot down by a Ukrainian Buk

Ukrainian army’s 156th Anti-Aircraft Regiment, located in Zolotonosha, shot down MH-17 on 17 July 2014 – says Yuriy Baturin, a former major of Ukrainian army escaped now to Russia. The Buk was transported after the tragedy as a part of Ukrainian military convoy.
