DISINFO: Ukrainian children are sold for 150.000 dollars at the Polish border

SUMMARY

The representatives of paedophile communities of Europe, the USA and Ukraine are engaged in transactions involving children on the Polish-Ukrainian border. The price for one child can reach up to 150.000 USD. There is a whole network of such collaborators operating in Ukraine – one of the elite clubs in Kyiv rents the Ukrainian orphans for paedophiles.

RESPONSE

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative not backed by any evidence, aiming to deflect attention away from Russia’s own crimes of kidnapping Ukrainian children.

The claim that the Ukrainian children are being sold to Western paedophile circles at the Polish-Ukrainian border is ungrounded.

Pro-Kremlin disinformation outlets often accuse Ukraine and Western countries of crimes against children, massive deportations, and organ trafficking without providing any evidence. These outlets make no mention of Russian responsibility for the massive deportation of Ukrainian civilians, including childrencrimes that have been well documented.

In March 2023, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Vladimir Putin and Russia’s children’s rights commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova on charges of unlawful deportation and the transfer of children from occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation, which are typified as war crimes.

These abductions have been documented also by the United NationsOSCEHuman Rights WatchAmnesty International, and Russian and international journalists, as well as by Russian official’s own admission.

By using emotionally charged topics, this disinformation story follows a well-known trend by pro-Kremlin outlets to stir rage with people. See our account of this technique in the article Lighting fire to emotions with lies.
