DISINFO: Ukrainian troops deployed combat drones to carry out chemical provocation in Donbass

SUMMARY

Ukrainian troops deployed big number of assault drones that can be used to stage provocations with chemical weapons to an area near Horlivka. Ukrainian and British military have prepared video materials based on computer graphics to be released in media outlets after a chemical provocation. The fake videos are to serve as evidence of alleged use of unmanned aerial vehicles with chemical weapons by DPR servicemen.

RESPONSE

The message is based on a claim of a Russian-backed separatist leader, with no evidence given. This is classic whataboutism - it is Russia that has used computer games and fake videos as supposed evidence. Recurring pro-Kremlin narrative about supposed chemical provocations in Donbas.
