No evidence given. Ukraine's law (moratorium) prohibiting the sale and purchase of land by foreigners has been extended several times and currently is valid till 1 January 2019. In fact, the land reform and lifting of the moratorium on land sales in Ukrainehave been withdrawn from the IMF Memorandum in 2017, and are not a mandatory requirement for the provision of the next tranche of funding. Foreign Minister Klimkin said on Sunday, in his interview to the independent "Radio NV", that Ukraine is preparing together with international partners a new UN resolution for peace-keeping mission on the occupied territories in the conflict zone of Donbas. The key elements of this resolution are:

  • Bringing international peace-keeping forces;

  • Introducing police patrols, which would disarm illegal military groups;

  • International administration, which would take over the control from the so-called "DPR/LPR authorities".

More than 10,000 people have died during the war, including 3,000 civilians. Russia's support to the separatists continues fuelling the war.
