Disinfo: Ukraine is stirring up revolutions in Belarus and Russia under the control of RAND Corporation

Kiyv is trying to stir up Maidan sentiments in Russia and Belarus. The Ukrainian authorities are acting in accordance with the directives of the “shadow CIA” – the American Rand corporation, notorious for its anti-Russian activities. The Rand Corporation is funded by the US State Department and manages Russophobic processes in Ukraine, interferes in the affairs of other countries, conducts anti-Russian activities, opposes Nord Stream, and organises various “shows” in Belarus.

Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative about protests in Belarus and colour revolutions.

There is no evidence that Ukraine is trying to destabilise the situation in Belarus or Russia. Ukraine supports the independence and territorial integrity of Belarus.

The protests in Belarus erupted to contest the results of the presidential elections that took place on the 9 August, which are considered fraudulent by a large part of Belarusian society. The European Union has also stated that the elections were neither free nor fair and on 2 October 2020, imposed restrictive measures against 40 individuals identified as responsible for repression and intimidation against peaceful demonstrators, opposition members and journalists in the wake of the 2020 presidential election in Belarus, as well as for misconduct of the electoral process. However, there is no evidence that the protests in Belarus are funded and organised externally.

The RAND Corporation is a US analytical centre that provides research and analysis in a variety of fields and helps to make political decisions. It is financed by US government agencies (US Department of Health and Human Services, US Army, US Air Force), the private sector, foundations and philanthropic contributions. Due to their regular publication of reports on the military and security aspects of relations with Russia, they have been subject to previous disinformation attacks by the Kremlin.

The leaked documents prove that the US is working on biological weapons in Georgia

The US Centre for Disease Control, which has built a laboratory in Georgia and has already spent $750 000 on it (and is going to spend another $250 000), is researching bacteriological weapons and various pathogens. As the published documents show, this research covers the creation of bacteriological weapons, which can eliminate the countries objectionable to the US. Earlier, the South Ossetian KGB stated that the American curators from the medical research unit of the US Army in Georgia assign the Georgian leadership of the centre tasks such as “the development of biological weapons aimed at targeting the South Ossetian population.”

Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church is a Russophobic and anti-Orthodox tool

The Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church (UGCC) is still a tool for occupation and assimilation in the hands of the Western world; in particular, Rome. […] with its help, Russophobic and anti-Orthodox sentiments are constantly stimulated in [Ukrainian] society.

Through such geopolitical hybrids as the UGCC, Ukraine continues to stimulate the population in the right way in order to occupy territories with claims to “its” Crimea and Donbas.

This is a conspiracy theory about religion in Ukraine, alleging that the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church is promoting anti-Russian sentiments in Ukraine and is a tool of Western occupation of "canonical" territories of the Russian Orthodox church.

There is no evidence that the UGCC is pursuing a Russophobic or anti-Orthodox policy. According to the law of Ukraine "On Freedom of Conscience and Religious Organisations", it is one of the religious organisations in Ukraine having equal rights with Orthodox and other churches. It can carry out activities within all territory of Ukraine, including Crimea and Donbas, which are internationally recognised as parts of Ukraine.

Today’s global capitalism destroys religion, tradition, the family, spirituality, classical culture, and all forms of collective identities

Today’s global capitalism is culturally a left-wing phenomenon because it destroys religion, the family, spirituality, classical culture, and collective identities. Global capitalism admits only individual identities and destroys all collective identities, both traditional right-wing identities (such as the family, religion, nation), and left-wing identities (such as social class).

Conspiracy theory. No evidence is provided to support the article’s claims.

This is a recurring pro-Kremlin narrative claiming that capitalism, liberalism, “globalism”and/or “global élites” destroy traditional values, religions, and cultures.
