Americans want to have a force in the Georgian government, which will have if not military actions, at least military rhetoric with Russia. They need a second Ukraine in Georgia. America is neither a friend nor a partner of Georgia; America is a director, which issues orders.
The claim contains multiple recurring pro-Kremlin narratives on the US, Georgia and Ukraine.

Between 2015 and 2019, the US allocated financial assistance to Georgia in the military field of 167 million USD. In 2019, the US allocated 35 million USD. In 2019, US Congress also passed the Georgia Support Act, a bipartisan bill that authorises sanctions against individuals involved in human rights violations in South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
