Disinfo: The US prepares its Marine Corps to deliver a blow against China

Summary

An inevitable confrontation? The US is preparing its marines to deliver a blow against China. The US Marine Corps is experiencing one of the most radical reforms in its recent history, being remodelled to be able to act in far corners of the world in new conditions. The goal is to prepare it to confront China in its zone of interest, the South China Sea.

Disproof

Though the reporting on the reform of the US Marine Corps is correct, there is a deliberate distortion of the information by stating that the US is preparing to “deliver a blow to China” in a perhaps “inevitable confrontation”, implying some kind of preparation for an attack against the country. The mention of China’s “zone of interest” is also significant by taking Beijing’s claims over the territory for granted, in line with the Kremlin’s well-documented ‘sphere of influence’ policy. Actually, while China claims its sovereignty over 80 percent of the South China Sea territory, the US and other Western powers defend their right of access to key shipping and air routes in the region, regularly conducting “freedom of navigation” operations to ensure it. In 2018, France and UK also took part in one of these missions. This is part of a recurrent Kremlin-led narrative to portray the US as an aggressive and destabilising power. Anglo-Saxon owners behind La Stampa's attack on Russian doctors

There is a rather simple answer to why La Stampa decided to engage in dirty accusations against the Russian medics in Italy. The paper is long owned by Fiat, but today, a hundred percent of La Stampa stock belongs to the American auto-corporation Chrysler. The chairman of the board of Fiat is New York resident John Elkann and the CEO is Michael Manley from the county Kent in England. Anglo-American capital squeezed out all Italians already in 2014, taking control over La Stampa. Behind the Italian newspaper’s provocative attacks on Russian doctors stand its Anglo-Saxon owners.

A false statement on the ownership structure of La Stampa. La Stampa is owned by the Italian holding GEDI group; a public company, registered on the Milan Stock Exchange. The Agnelli-family, founders of the FIAT automotive corporation and minority shareholders in Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, has large share in GEDI. The editorial independence of La Stampa is guaranteed in the paper's charter.

US brought ISIS when Al Qaeda went outside the script

[The United States] created ISIS as an alternative to the old Al Qaeda after draining it and taking back the role assigned to it, and dismissing it from service when the later veered the script. There isn’t a single time that America interfered in a country without tampering with it, tearing it apart, and provoking wars and strife.

No evidence is given. Recurring pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative claiming that the US is supporting or working together with ISIS in the Middle East. In reality, the US is committed to fighting terrorist organisations, such as Daesh and Al-Qaeda. This Canadian report indicts the US with spreading Coronavirus

The United States may inadvertently stand behind the emergence of the COVID-19 virus in the Chinese city of Wuhan.

A report published by Canada’s GlobalResearch.ca made clear that last summer, the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention ordered the closure of a major military biological laboratory at Fort Detrick, Maryland, in anticipation of possible leaks.

Five of the Americans participating in the Military World Games competitions hosted by Wuhan last October were infected with an undefined infection.
